Wills & Probate
One of the most significant components of our Private Client Services practice is assisting clients in planning for the future. At GB Law Group, we understand that while creating an estate plan is often stressful and confusing, it is also a critical part of protecting our clients and their assets against the unpredictability of probate. With that in mind, we maintain a Wills & Probate practice so that we may advise our private clients in connection with matters such as drafting wills and codicils, reviewing and revising estate planning documents, preparing trusts, transferring assets, administering trusts and estates, and preparing and filing relevant probate documents.
As part of this practice, we routinely consult with our clients’ financial advisors and tax professionals whenever necessary. Doing so allows us to tailor the most effective plan possible given each client’s unique personal and financial position. Further, for those clients in need of more complex and specialized estate planning, we have developed an extensive network of trusted specialists in the fields of tax and estate planning with whom we collaborate and to whom we refer our clients.
